On 26 November, TicAPP was present in a training lecture, aimed at employees of the University of Coimbra and dedicated to the theme of Innovation in the Public Sector. In this session, it presented a set of methodologies, such as Design Thinking, which can support teams in the creation of digital public services focused on citizens, companies or employees.
