Best Practices

One of TicAPP's strategic objectives involves developing, training and disseminating best practices and digital competencies in public services. Aligned with this objective we intend to gather and divulge best practices when implementing digital solutions, developed by both TicAPP and other entities in public administration. With this purpose, the Digital Service Standard describes the set of principles, standards, guides, reference architectures and common technologies for the design and development of digital public services.
